Applications are open until November 6 for 2026 Rockbridge Christmas Basket participation. Boxes will be delivered December 5.
Please fill out the form below. If you need a hard copy, you can pick one up at the Lexington Police Department or a Cornerstone Bank branch.
Note: If you received a box last year and none of your information has changed, you do not need to fill out another application! We've got you in our records and you will receive a box this year.
